So it's back to school again now, but only for a short week. Tuesday felt like starting school all over again and most things were all in a mess. Wednesday was nice, we had a chance to sleep in and the day was shortened. We went to St. Mary's to use their track for Track and Field practise, we began warming up before we went through a quick session learning how to Hurdle before then doing Long Jump and Triple Jump. Arriving back at school we were able to catch the Bigside Rugby Boys team playing St. Mary's, which they ended up winning 1-0. We spent most of the afternoon outside because the conditions were so nice and sunny, before a group of the Exchange Students went to Canada's famous Tim Horton's for a quick shot of coffee and then returning back to school in time for House Meeting. We then went back to the Davies for a while, where I ended up falling asleep before waking up to go back to the room. Today we are having the inspiring Jane Goodall come to school to give a presentation on her achievements and to inform us about chimpanzees and then later tonight we will be having a Career's night. Tomorrow we do not have school due to the teachers have courses, so we will have all day to do whatever we like (basically we have a long weekend.), although there is a Floor Hockey Tournament which the Exchange girls have put in a team to compete which will be very interesting but we will have a great time. On Saturday we have the Islander's Dance which I'm sure will be alot of fun and I'm looking forward to. I hope your first few days back at school go okay and you all had a good Easter Break.
